TENNiSYS Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
If a customer is not entirely satisfied with their online purchase, they may return the product(s) for an exchange or full refund (excluding delivery) within 10 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product(s) remain(s) in new and unused condition, and all original packaging (including tags, etc) is intact.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any such products are returned using a safe and secure method, and at their own cost. TENNiSYS cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be given within 28 days of receiving the returned product(s) in acceptable condition.
Exchanges and refunds are not available on rackets that have been strung to order, customised to order, 'second serve' (used products) or for professional restringing and customisation services.
TENNiSYS will only refund the cost of delivery and/or return in the unlikely event that a product has been incorrectly supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning faulty/damaged products
Customers must inform TENNiSYS of any damage to the product(s) they have received within 24 hours of delivery. It is the responsibilty of the customer to return faulty/damaged products using a safe and secure method. TENNiSYS cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
